This Privacy Policy explains how SellWell Sp. z o.o. ("SellWell", "we", "us") collects, uses, and protects your personal data when you visit gosellwell.com or use our services, in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

1. Data Controller

2. What data we collect

We may collect: contact details you provide (name, email, phone, company) when you book a consultation or contact us; business information relevant to a potential engagement; and technical data (IP address, browser type, pages visited) collected automatically via cookies and analytics.

3. How we use your data and legal basis

We process personal data to respond to enquiries and provide our services (performance of a contract or steps prior to a contract), to improve our website (legitimate interests), and, where you have opted in, to send marketing communications (consent). You can withdraw consent at any time.

4. Cookies and consent

Necessary cookies and browser storage keep the site working and remember your consent choice — these always run and cannot be switched off. Everything else runs only after you agree to it:

Analytics — Vercel Analytics: anonymous visit statistics. It sets no cookies and does not track you across sites.

Marketing — the OpenAI measurement pixel (ChatGPT Ads): measures how our ads perform. It sets __obref / __oppref cookies and sends visit data (IP address, pages viewed, contact buttons clicked) to OpenAI. If you refuse or withdraw consent, only an__oaiq_consent cookie is kept, which records your refusal.

You can change or withdraw your consent at any time using the "Cookie settings" link in the site footer. Withdrawing consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before you withdrew it.

5. Sharing and transfers

We share data only with service providers who help us operate: Vercel (hosting and analytics), Google (the calendar used to book consultations), and — only with your consent — OpenAI (ad measurement), under appropriate data-processing agreements. Data sent by the OpenAI pixel is transferred to the United States; where that happens we rely on adequate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses.

6. Retention

We keep personal data only as long as necessary for the purposes described above or as required by law, after which it is deleted or anonymised.

7. Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, or object to processing of your data, and the right to data portability. You may also lodge a complaint with the Polish supervisory authority (UODO). To exercise any right, email aleksander@gosellwell.com.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version will always be available on this page with its effective date.
