Variants Rebuilt for Allegro's Rules
The client
A mattress and orthopedic pillow manufacturer with strong results on Amazon DE, expanding to Allegro.
The challenge
Different categories chosen for similar products, inconsistent parameter values, different spellings of the same brand, and the brand unavailable as a unified dropdown option meant products simply couldn't be linked.
What we did
Rather than patching the structure, we performed a full logical reset: rebuilt the category structure from scratch, unified all product parameters, removed inconsistent brand values, registered the brand on Allegro so it appeared as a single correct entry, and rebuilt all variant groups per Allegro's rules.
The results
A clean, logical listing structure with products correctly linked into variants, all blocking errors resolved, and a foundation ready to scale sales and marketing.
Key takeaway
Good results on one marketplace don't transfer automatically. Understanding each platform's local logic is essential before you scale onto it.
