The client
A large furniture manufacturer with a wide portfolio: desks, wardrobes, kitchen and bathroom cabinets, chests of drawers, and living room furniture.
The challenge
There was no product or market prioritization and no data behind decisions — Amazon was treated as a 'side project' rather than a full sales channel.
What we did
We set a long-term strategy and treated Amazon as a core channel: price and potential analysis to find high-potential SKUs (and products to raise, not cut, prices on); front-end and competitor analysis of real visibility and customer behavior; separate sales funnels for the German, French, and Italian markets with organized campaign structures; and a seasonal, SKU-level product strategy with profitability control.
The results
€250,000 in monthly revenue within the first 4 months, growing to €730,000 in monthly revenue within 2 years across Amazon DE, FR, and IT — controlled, profitable growth with every decision made on data.
Key takeaway
Amazon doesn't work as an experiment. It works with a strategy, priorities, and data. The biggest barrier to growth wasn't the market or the budget — it was data blindness.
